Let's Leave Your Disgraceful Obesity, and Try to Become Vegetarian


Two years ago, I was a junior in my college. At the time, as a junior I was obligated to participate in a particular activity like a camping program. I, my friends, some seniors and lecturers went to a place which was really cold. We had to sleep in a tent complete with the really cold weather that accompanied our sleep. The next morning, we had to wake up early. The seniors who lead our activity said that we were going to do some exercises. But, they lead us to the particular place which was more cold and higher. Suddenly, when we did not come to the place yet, one of my friends with obesity fell unexpectedly and had a fit. Everybody was shock and tried to help him. But, he did not wake up for one hour. Finally, he was taken to the nearest hospital by some seniors and lecturers. Some hours later, we got bad news from the hospital. He, my friend died. The doctor who did the examination to my friend said that his death was caused by the obesity.

That story can be experienced by other people with obesity. A simple activity can cause a dangerous effect for them. Being vegetarian could train them to recover from the obesity. It is one of reasons why being vegetarian is one of the easier remedies that people must to do to overcome the problem with obesity.

People with obesity are easy to get hard disease like diabetes, stroke, hyper tense, heart disease, and cancer. By being vegetarian, they can avoid all of those diseases. They will have a special and new life style. As a vegetarian they need to drink much mineral water to clean inside their bodies. For the first example, when they already wake up in the morning, they have to drink a glass of mineral water. It has a function to push the leftovers from a meal to be taken out by digestion system. After that, their stomachs will be clean from all of poison or disease that caused by the leftovers from a meal.

Then, being vegetarian helps people with obesity to control the foods they will be eaten. When the meal time comes, people with obesity will consume all of boiled foods. If they really want to be the vegetarians, they have to avoid greasy foods. For breakfast, they are permitted to eat full meal. But they may not eat all of they want for breakfast. They are permitted to eat rice only with boiled fish. Boiled broccoli is also good to complete their breakfast menu. And they have to drink a glass of mineral water after they finish the meal. For people with obesity, this way has a function to save full energy in the morning in order it can be used for the activities in the afternoon.

After that, people with obesity will be trained to less consuming the foods which have too much oil. When the lunch time comes, the vegetarians have to add more protein and vegetables in their boiled foods. Besides that, they also have to less the rice a third. It has a function to keep more protein for their bodies. In the dinner time, the vegetarian may not eat rice at all. They only have to eat protein, vegetables, and fruits. Because, consuming rice in the night will improve their weight. That is why people with obesity cannot recover themselves with this problem.

Next, by being vegetarians, people with obesity also will be trained to do new activity like sport. As a vegetarian, they need to choose a unique and beneficial sport to help them to be healthier. The sport they need to choose is yoga. Actually the movements in yoga which are really slow and soft have function to accelerate the circulation of blood. It also trains people with obesity to practice balancing movements. It is useful for them who have difficulties in balancing their bodies. If they cannot do many kinds of sports with high risks, like swimming, running, jogging, foot ball, and many more, they can practice yoga. Yoga also has a function to help people with obesity to stay young.

Finally, people with obesity need to have a will to be healthy. One of the easier remedies that they must to do to overcome the problem with obesity is being vegetarian. Being vegetarian helps people to be avoided from the hard diseases. It also helps people with obesity to get strong energy by consuming any kinds of boiled foods, and less weight by not consuming rice. And the last, yoga as the option of sport for the vegetarian also helps people to balancing their bodies and stay young. Look people with obesity, how very easy being a vegetarian right? It helps you to be healthier. It also helps you to be confident with your self. You can do it. You have to be good vegetarian by always practicing all of the remedies. Be sure that, you can be happy with your new body and your new life. Let’s leave your disgraceful obesity, and try to become vegetarian.
