Canteen at the Particular Time

University of Al Azhar Indonesia or known as UAI is a university which located in the strategic place, Kebayoran Baru-South Jakarta. It is easy to get there because there are many access of public transportation like Transjakarta. The building is well constructed and modern looked which consists of seven floors with many facilities provide there like class room, discussion room, library, canteen, elevator, bank, etc. There are some spots in UAI that my friends and I use in particular time and canteen is the place which we like most.
The canteen itself is located in basement of UAI. There are two ways to get there; by elevator and stairs. It is easy to go there, especially if you take the stairs from the ground floor of UAI main entrance. In the basement, there is not only canteen but also other facilities such as musholla, discuss and class room, toilet and also parking area. It is not like a basement if the parking area is covered, because the construction is as good as the others floor. The difference is there are many people in the canteen at the break time.
When I arrived in the campus, I see the security table. The table is in the middle of the stairs which directly connect to canteen. I look around to the canteen; my eyes are greeted first by the food stalls that arranged well from the left to the right. The canteen’s shape is square. The food stalls are divided in two sides; first is the food stalls which sell various and delicious dishes, and the other sides is the food stalls which sell fast foods and beverages. In the corner, there are two hand washing for them who want to wash their hand but not all people know, because it covered by a wall which decorated with bamboo sticks. And for the visitors or buyers, this canteen provides many tables which connect to the bench like picnic chair. It painted with silver and blue color with four seats of each table. Although the location is in basement, we do not have to worry about the oxygen, because it is fully of plantations, some fans on the ceiling and the sunlight are come in.
Canteen is a place for me and my friends to spend the breaking time, like having lunch, waiting class or even just talking one and another. We can laugh, joke, share, discuss or doing anything along the particular time. There are Ressa, Tya, Dhita, Bayu, Ayu, Diana, Nurul and I that usually spent our particular time together, but usually I am the latest person who come in the morning because my house is not far enough from the campus, I do not need much time to go there. So, I go to the campus at 7.15 AM which everybody maybe has arrived. We usually sit in the center or in the corner of canteen which fans are on our top or on the seats which is still available. There are some different activities of us that we usually do in the morning before we study. For example, Ressa usually reads novel, Tya reads newspaper, Bayu eats his breakfast, Dhita, Ayu, Diana, and Nurul are talking each other about their interest, and usually I borrow Tya’s newspaper to read badminton’s news.
There are many places in Al Azhar of University that everybody can spend their particular time there. And canteen is the best place for me and also my friends because whatever the situation outside like weather and crowd, we can still enjoy our time. Although we already tried all the food here, we can not turn into another place.
