Graduating Purposes

Everybody has their own purpose to reach their goal. It is make graduating with a degree and graduating with big dream are different. It just like when you choose to study in senior high school or vocational school. Graduating with a degree is like study in senior high school. After you graduate, you still do not know what you will be even when you continue your study in university, the job that you will get sometimes do not appropriate with your study. On the other hand, graduating with a big dream is like study in vocational school. The job that you get just like what have you studied, for example you are studying in English department in university and work as translator, interpreter or teacher. It means your job is like your dream.

The purpose of graduating with a degree is to satisfy ourselves after a long time study. Getting a degree, joining in graduation ceremony and putting the proud on our shoulders are the best ever things. However, those things are not enough. We still have many other realities that we must face, for instance what will we do after graduate? It is important because we do not know our destiny. Sometimes graduating with a degree is not enough. We must have other skill to get what we want because the competition to get a job is getting harder and harder. The people who can not survive will be buried in their degree. In contrast, graduating with a big dream is graduation because there is something that we want to achieve. It can be getting a job like what we want based on our degree or as a requisite of marriage. It usually happens to women because some of them want to be a housewife, the real dream.

Graduating with a degree and a big dream are really quite different. Graduating with a big dream is harder than graduating with a degree because we have to consistent of our study or very determined to reach our goal. Consistent means being a responsible student like attending classes regularly and socializing in college. For the students who want to graduate with a degree, attending classes regularly is the common thing. They will follow all the rules of university and instructions of lecturer to get cum laude at the end. But for them who want to graduate with a big dream, they will not avoid or break the rules and instruction but still obey of those points.

Socialization is an important thing to decide what you will be. Socialization is as important as a job to build a network. There are two differences of the student who graduate with a degree and a big dream. For they who graduate with a degree, socialization is important. They make a lot of friends even in every class of society but they just be friend and do not think what will they get of that friendship. They hang out; spend their time and money together without getting any knowledge, just for fun. Unlike the student who graduate with a degree, the student who graduate with a big dream will also make friends with a lot of people but they also consider of the feed back or advantage from that friendship, like make a friend with a person who taking a part in organization. At least we can get and take their knowledge or even we can be the part of them.

Those are the differences of graduation with a degree and graduating with a big dream. It depends on the way we handle it to be what we want because success is in our hand. We just need a process to achieve it.
